Midnight Market is a season of Halloween-themed Kickstarter campaigns from the Learnable Peers group, running August through the end of October. Each project is its own campaign, run by its own creator, with its own dates. This page is the market square — it tells you which stalls are open right now.

Learnable Peers is a working group of independent authors and artists who study the craft — and the business — together. The Midnight Market is our first group season. Leave your email and we'll ring once when new stalls open, and once more when the next market comes to town.
Each creator, directly. Every campaign is its own Kickstarter, run by its own author or publisher, with its own rewards and shipping. Midnight Market takes no cut and never touches your order. After a campaign closes, its links lead straight to the creator as well.
Only by season and good company. We pointed our Halloween campaigns at the same three months so you could find them all at once. Back one, back all, back none — nothing here is a bundle, and nothing depends on anything else.
We're seasoned working writers: over a hundred years in the business and more than five hundred tales between us. Everyone here has published and shipped books before. Delivery is still each creator's own responsibility, but nobody at this market is new. If one doesn't fund, the rest aren't affected.
Usually. Once a campaign closes, its card switches to a "where to buy" link as soon as the book reaches retailers. Kickstarter-exclusive rewards are generally gone for good. That's rather the point of catching a stall while it's open.
